Kyparissi
Kyparissi is a small, picturesque village nestled in a cove with clear blue waters on the east coast of the Peloponnese. It is located in the prefecture of Laconia, on the coastline of Leonidi - Monemvasia and belongs to the Municipality of Zarakas.
Nature has endowed it with beauties that magnetize the senses. Its small white houses sail between the blue of the Aegean Sea and the green of the olive tree that shines in the rays of the sun. The island character of its settlements (there are 3 districts: the Beach, the Metropolis and the Fountain), creates a pleasant contrast with the steep slopes of Mount Parnon that rise behind it.
In Kyparissi you live the paradox of swimming gazing at the fir trees that crown its mountains. The permanent residents are engaged in agriculture and animal husbandry and are helpful and hospitable. Kyparissi is a place that has not been altered by tourism and is offered for family vacations, nature escapes and more.
